Heard of them, yes, but unfortunately have no experience of them. What I do have, however, is experience of the Fujitsu-Siemens RM200, 400 and 600 which appear to be the precursor of the Primepower machines. Never had a real problem with these and always found them quite nifty performance-wise. Sorry I can't be of more help.
