Having an issue with FTP uploads and downloads with an NT 4 server and IIS 4.

Downloading large files would result in the user being timed out on the server and download interupted. Turning off passive mode on the FTP client seems to have solved this problem. It has not however solved the problem with large uploads. They are still timing out with passive enabled or disabled. Any suggestions?

I have seen something similar to this where a firewall was actually causing the timeout. Might want to check your firewall and see what the timeout is set at? Also check your connection timeout value in IIS for your FTP site.
