FTP Synchronization software for Win Server 2008 64-bit

I need to run a FTP synchronization software (using Windows Task Scheduler) to regularly sync my server and the web server. Could anyone recommend a software for it? I used to use WSFTP pro, but it only worked for 32 bit software.

Does it have to be FTP? Robocopy is perfect in these scenarios.

The web server is a remote server at the web hosting company. Will Robocopy work for that scenario? If it does, I think I have to make the web server directory as a mapped drive on my local server, right?

Robocopy won't work if it's possible you are traversing firewalls in order to get to your hosting site/server (as your hosting site may not allow MS service ports to be opened from the internet). Is the server at the site a Windows host as well?

I got the recommendation of allwaysync, which does offer the 64-bit edition. I am going to try this out.
