My ftp server will not allow one of my networks to access it with an ftp client (no socket error). The remote network can however authenticate with the ftp server via the browser...any ideas?

ftp server authentication problem

I am using smartftp client right now but am having the same problem with all of the clients that I have tried so far. I am using port 21 on the client and on the server side. No I am not using anonymous access at all on either the client or the server side.
