FTP on a regular basis

I would like to write a script that runs on a regular basis say every five minutes. Basically I would send everything in a directory to my webpage on a regular basis.
I have Bullit FTP running continuously on the computer in question.

That schedules only once a day, I am looking at once every ten minutes or so.
