FTP log question (time-taken)

What format is the number in the "time-taken" portion of a Microsoft ftp log? Is it milliseconds, ticks, etc. I'm trying to figure out how long it took someone to send us files and I am coming up with obscenely large numbers (I was dividing the number by 120000, because I was assuming it was in milliseconds and I wanted hours). Thanks in advance!
