Frontpage 2002 Windows 98 Server problem

Im running Windows 98 and Frontpage 2002. When I try to use the database wizard in FP and check Tools:Web Settings:Database it says 'No server active'. Do I need to upgrade to XP or is there something else wrong? Thanks.

I had a similar problem last year. Make sure that Personal Web Server is up and running: if it doesn't appear in the bottom toolbar of your screen, and show a "running" message when you hover the mouse over it, you need to install and initiate it.

But if you do have PWS running, I have no further suggestions, I'm afraid!
