Front Page Server Extensions???

OK I have been an ASP developer for years and never use
font page but I have come across some legacy pages on our intranet that were evidentally created in front page.

There is a lenthly form that is filled out and submitted on our intranet and when I fill out the information and submit I get this following error message:

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: "

http://home.webpage.net/Bug_Reporting.htm"

Is there somewhere to determine whats the cause of this error? I know that front page server extensions load some sort of DLL on your web server to make things run but I am not sure which ones and were to actually download these files if I need to get them on the internet. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot and fix such an error?

Are you using an MS os server?

If so are Frontpage extensions installed?

if the answers are yes and no,

then go to iis, right click on the site
click all tasks - configure server extensions

btw, this is NT 4.0 with IIS 4.0 so I am not really sure how it may be different. The MMC console seem to have changed quite a bit from NT to windows 2000.
