Has anyone installed it yet? I have mine on order but haven't received it yet. As I have a major web site that depends on it, I was wondering if there were any Gotchas.

If you have any web sites written with FP2000 -extentions,the 2002 needs diffrent extention on your host server, You need to check it out. Some host are not going to support the FT 2002,

I have it installed. The navigation bars have been improved (however, this does not work unless the new extensions are installed). The shared borders also allows you to change the color of the border to make it look like a frame (but it doesn't work without the new extensions). There's also several thumbnail galleries you can experiment with (note: they don't all work well in Netscape, even if you set the capability). But the best thing is the new improved Table of Contents. You can do it by categories and put several of them on one page under different headers.

I installed FrontPage 2002 and I immediately noticed my hard drive spinning a lot when I wasn't doing anything on my computer. I have uninstalled it and the activity has stopped. Has anyone else experienced this? My ISP says that it sounds like a virus came along with the software, but I had Norton Anti-Virus installed. After this started, I installed Norton Internet Security and noticed a lot of Trojan Horse attempts to access my PC from the Internet, but since I have uninstalled it I have not had any.

Thoughts anyone?

Thanks.

Bob

I've had the same problem, so it appears to FrontPage (or Offce XP). I did remove it from my startup directory, and it's helped a little bit.
