Hi,
How to do one front-end and 2 back-end exchange 2003 server .
how to configure it .

Doesn't matter how many BE's you have, the procedure is the same.
Install Exchange, fully service pack the box, configure the SSL certificate etc, tick the boxes to make it a FE and then reboot the old thing (just for the heck of it)

You might want to look at the next stage in the evolution: which gives a nice pretty OWA logon.

Then is the method to give you Outlook access over the Internet.

Thanks,
I know how to do front end but how to make a back end or more than one how to tell the front end that these 2 servers are back end .

You don't need to tell it anything. The Front End and Back Ends know exactly what's going on because all the information is in Active Directory.
You're overcomplicating your brain with things.

Thanks very much MarkArnold.
so could you tell me if I have 3 server and I want to do one front end and 2 back end how to do it .
should I do domain controller on all three server or do one Domain and 2 replication .
I installed Exchange server 2003 before but it was one server and now i have 3 server and i still can't understand how to do it .
so could u plz tell me more details.
thanks again.

Install two domain controllers on two servers and then get more servers for the Exchange. You shouldn't install Exchange on a DC unless it absolutley cannot be avoided.
You must have two DCs (both made GCs) for resilience.

Please don't scope-creep your questions. If you want to ask one about architecture then I think you should start a new post.
