from voice prompt forward the call to another 800#

Everyone,

i am newbie to this meridian.
Question:
for our technical support, people dial our number and select option 3 for technical assitance... it is then forwarded to another company (Call center) who takes a call for us. Now that call centre has updated there ph umber to something else and i have to update this information in our system so it can be forwaded to the new #. Where do i make that change? i open up AX and which option should i pick? thanks for your help.
 
Use this as a navigation overview:
When looking for a menu or other special service, a
Always start at the "Voice Service DN Table"

Find the DN that the calls to your menu ring in to. From that, you see the "Voice Service" or MS or Menu on the right side

Then navigate to Voice Menus screen and space bar onto the one you found in the last step and select the keyboard "F" key for edit/modify. The number is probably right there.

This is what i see under DN table:

7001 EM EXPRESS MESSAGE
7002 PM PROMPT MTCE

and when i hilite "0579 - 800 service" and then view/modify it shows me the following info:
View/Modify DN Information

Choice of Services:
AS Announcement Service EM Express Messaging PM Prompt Maintenance
RA Remote Activation TS Thru-Dial Service TD Time-of-Day Control
TR Transcription Service VF Voice Forms Service MS Voice Menu Service
VM Voice Messaging

Access DN: 0579

Service: MS Voice Menu ID: 0227

Session Profile: Custom Full_Voice Basic

Comment: 800 service

i cant see the 800# and i cant see where to change it.

right, now you need to lok at ms 0227. from the main mer. menu. choice 3 than 4 than 6 put in the ms number highlight and now you should see the choices.
