Freezing Up While Loading Win95

Information it too vague to be able to give reasonable advice (could be hardware, software problem. Win95 tends to need reinstalling every so often - depending on usage). More background would be helpful eg, any hardware/software changes, when problem started (did something happen, since when its been troublesome, or general drift into trouble), age of system, components etc.
