Freed Driver & IE 5.5 problems

I have several problems, I hope you can help.
First I would like to get a free Hp photo smart 215 camera driver.
Also I am running Internet Explorer 5.5 (just updated it) now I can not get to Microsoft Outlook by pressing the Mail button on the top but it does work if I use Actions - new message. Can you tell me how to fix the button for Outlook?
I also can not copy text by right clicking after highlighting but again the edit - copy or paste works.
Last but not least the print button does not work on the bar or under file. I get a Internet Explorer Script error

I suggest installing Internet Explorer 6.0. I had problems with Outlook Express on 5.5 and they all cleared up when I installed 6.0. It seems more stable to me. I run Win98 with all updates applied and Outlook works great.
