FreeBASIC - as the name suggests - is a free, open-source, Win32-bit, MS-QuickBASIC's syntax-compatible compiler, that adds new features such as pointers, unsigned data types, inline-assembly and many others.

No graphics keywords at the moment, but can link to Mingw C librairies. So TinyPTC, SDL... are available.

Just to note, Sterling released a graphics lib, that'll be attached to the freebasic compiler, meaning that graphic primitives will be enabled soon. Unless you want to call the lib externally.
