Free web hosting with php support.?

Does anyone know of a free website that has php support includeing the sendmail command? I need at least 5mb of space and 1gb transfer a month.

free, cant remember if you get sendmail and 1gb a month is probably out of the question but look here anyway :

I used to be hosted on portland, but then they cut the sendmail function. I have decided to convert my form processor to perl, so that I can get it it hoste easily. Many websevers have cgi-bins.
