Free Web components

Can anyone pls point me to where I can get free web components such as pullout menus and image menus that work with onmouseover events?

Are these web components to be used with a specific CMS? Perhaps your question would be better posted in one of the other Web forums...this one is for Content Management Systems. Also, where to post your question will depend alot on what you want to use...javascript, flash, etc.

Using just simple frontpage, but I've been finding it hard to lay hands on a pull-out menu for my page. My Java is no longer good enough (and don't feel like learning all over again).
Any pointer would be appreciated.
