jmgalvin's suggestion seems to be good if you have the PageMaker plugin pack.
Whether you have this plugin pack or not, you can find templates for Quark and PageMaker all over the web. InDesign accepts files from these programs. A good place to start is using the keywords 'desktop publishing'.
