We are using Exchange 5.5 and I am pretty comfortable with it in most aspect, but I don’t understand the calendar and viewing system. I want to set it up so that if you want to schedule a meeting if you are a supervisor, you can see your team members free busy periods. But currently every one can see every ones free busy time and what they are doing. IE the owner of the company is going to the dentist at 430 LOL. I need to set up some top down hierarchy that makes it so employees cant see what is on the calendar just that the time is free or busy.

I am not sure if you can do this 'globally' but we have individual permissions set on the local copy of Outlook. If you look at your calendar properties on your local macine you will see who has rights to view your calendar and at what level. There is also a check box at the bottom of the appointment screen to mark an entry as private which will just show up to everyone else as Private.
