I'ce setup a new Exchange 2007 server. Setup all the users. Setup 4 rooms. Setup 6 lots of Equipment mailboxes. My problems if this.
On one rooms that I set up, I can see the Free/Busy info under sheduling in Outlook 2003 and Entourage on the mac.
On all other room sand equipment, nothing comes up. It always shows as No Information.
I can't think of anything that I've done to screw things up. I did start to have some permission issues with outlook saying that permission scould not be saved on some users, but I deleted those users and started them up again.
I can quite happily manually see the calendar info and add entries with the right privileges, but the Schedulign tab within the appointment window just will not show any info other than for the main user, i.e. not the invitees.
All seems to work fine in OWA. Not running Outlook 2007 anywhere. All rooms are shared for Author access to default.
Any ideas?

Did you create "public folders" in Exchange 2007? Outlook 2003 client needs Public folders to get Free/Busy info.

Just to clarify, the Public folders were setup on the install of exchange 2k7. They Public Folders work fine in O2003 and Entourage 2004 on the mac.
For no particluar reason, I can see the Free/Busy info for 2 rooms but not the others and can;t see how I've done anything different for them either. It's as though something happened one day on teh server, and now any further changes are not being actioned. Although the Free/Busy works fine in OWA. Help.
