We have an Exchange Server 5.5 and our clients are using Outlook XP.
If you go into Free/Busy Options in Outlook you get the option to "Publish ?? months of free/busy information on the server". It seems that this value has changed for a load of users ie they only have it set to 2 months when others have it set to a much higher value.
Does anyone know how to change all users Free/Busy value to 12 months for example. I have no idea why users values have changed neither do I really care! But I do want all users to be able to see peoples Free/Busy status for the next 12 months.
I have logged into different mailboxes on 3 different machines and in each case the Free/Busy value is machine specific. Why???
I cant find a registry value for it either. Other than manually go round every machine, any suggesions?
