I have an issue where Exchange 2007 users with Outlook 2007 are unable to see the free/busy calendar information of a secific mailbox on Exchange 2003. Exchange 2007 users with Outlook 2003 are able to see the free/busy calendar information for this mailbox without any issues. I suspect that the issue may have something to do with the mailbox containing a '#'. Has anyone seen this or can they confirm that there are special character limitations with using Exchange and Outlook 2007 in conjunction with each other (perhaps a limitation with the Availability Service) with regard to free/busy information and calendars?

Thanks.

Free/busy is stored in the public folder tree up to and including 2003. Do you have the PFs / legacy option enabled?

A hash in a mailbox isn't a good plan - can you change it?
