Framesets in Netscape browser

Is there a issue viewing framsets in Netscape? The page looks as it should when I view it in IE but in Netscape, it seems like the frames resize. For instance, I set the left frame to 190px for column width but it seems like it narrows in Netscape. Also the images in the top frame cuts out at the bottom. Thanks for your help. Janny

The best method is to create 2 sets of frames one for ie and other for netscape and then use one depending on the browser Unicorn11
