If you have an existing site which does not contain frames and you want to create a frame on the first page but not on any other pages, is there an easy way of ensuring that all other pages open as normal i.e. not in a frameset. I know you can amend the target for all the links but this would be time consuming as there are many.
Alternatively is there a better way instead of using the frame? I have a scrolling marquee at the bottom of the page which needs to remain at the bottom no matter what the browser is sized at.

Well the alternative is to use the geo script where a layer is present at a required position of the page and when the person will scroll that layer will remain at the bottom of the page

check the bratta.com
the script is there
