frames phpMyAdmin

does anyone have a clue on why phpMyAdmin does not always load all the frames in IE?
namely frame #3 seems to have a problem - The page cannot be displayed...

i get this problem, but usually frame 2 doesnt load after doing some queries, annoying really.

Not really a mysql issue. You'd be better off in a PHP forum.
