frames in Nestcape

I have a page divided up into frames that looks fine in IE but is a mess in Netscape. The frames are in a fixed absolute position in IE and work well. In Netscape also, the frames remain nicely in their fixed position, but some are out of place from the beginning.
Are there any quick ways to solve a problem like this?
