frame relay equipment

hi i'm all new to this... and i'm not a professional
for a frame relay network between 2 LANs i would need: a port with line to routerand the access device??? this is only for a design project in class..so no actual hardware...is it all?

A design for this would look something like this.

PC--->hub/switch--->router--Frame-Relay--router--->hub/switch---pc
