Frame maker to PDf's text question

Clients tagging BOLD instead of using a BOLD font in Frame maker resules in multiple regular fonts one top of one another off setted a slight bit to simulate bold in my PDf file


I am working form Mac / PC Acrobat, FM 6 & 7
any suggestions are welcome
