hi all. does anyone have, or know where I might find a document which clearly shows the cabinet and module/card layout of various avaya PBX's ? I'm looking for something that our field tech's can use when visiting a new customer site, to fill out, that shows the current layout/inventory of the switch (what modules are in what card slot, etc). I've already made up excel documents for the smaller and/or older systems such as partner acs and merlin systems, but am looking for somthing (a picture, diagram, anything) to use for a magix or definity system. Thanks.

In the system description documents at support.avaya.com or on your cd roms supplied with the system, are pictures of the different cabinents, listing of boards and what they work on and such.

Thanks, I spent an hour or so already poking around there, without finding much useful info. At this point I'm not looking for detailed info on what the various modules are for, I just want to create a blank image of a "sample" installed system. The little bit I did find, sounds like Avaya calls it "circuit-pack locations" of "control carrier" or "expansion carrier". thanks though ! Janice
