Not entirally accurate. You can import the HTML just fine, and any HTML code will work; however, proprietary codes for Frontpage Include Pages and Dreamweaver Library and Template objects will not successfully port.
In both cases, they will appear, but you won't be able to update the template or included page and have it auto-update in the new HTML editor. You will have to do a manual conversion to get a FP site using Include Pages into Dreamweaver, or vice versa (although why go back?).
