Foxpro screen flash at application execution

I created a small application with a table and a screen. The screen is the main and when I run the exe, the foxpro development environment flashes on and off for a second before the screen comes up. Any way to eliminate this flash?

What version of FoxPro are you running? Did you create a Project and .EXE? Are you running the .EXE in the development environment, or are you just using the runtime?

I'm using 2.6 and created both a project and an exe. The flashing occurs when just running the exe outside the development environment.
