foxPro 2.6 setup.exe and Windows ME

We´re using foxpro 2.6a to create our application. As soon as the autorun executes setup.exe, the blue screen appears and the Windows freezes. It does not happens in all computer. But it has been happening in 15% of our clients and we can´t find anything in commom.
Kind of hard to guess why it would be working fine on most and not so fine on the others. Could be something as simple as the hard drive needing a scandisk or defrag run on it.
I wouldn't suspect the setup routine itself though since it can be successfully installed on the majority of computers.

FoxPro 2.6 is not longer supported in the basic version of Windows ME.
To run FoxPro 2.6 you must install a patch file which is included in the FIRST service pack of Windows ME.
I asked only this patch (and not the 1st SP of Win ME) via Microsoft and after the installation of the patch I have no longer problems with foxpro 2.6.
