The help file for VFP 6.0 was installed from the MSDN Library CD - there was a special version of it included with both Visual Studio 6.0 and VFP 6.0. In fact it's also on all MSDN library CDs from July 1998 through April 2001 - after that, you'll find the VFP help file included was for 7.0 (or none!).
Check around you really ought to find someone that has one of these old MSDN Library CDs - check with a local MS user group. The actual help file is almost 5MB, so it's not something that anyone would likely email to you.

To amplify Rick's answer, you should already own the MSDN CD. Look in the box that your copy of VFP 6.0 or Visual Studio came in.
