I have set up a pair of ext for a doctors office, the first ext is there main office line and the other is there roll-over line, I have set the cover path of the first ext to roll to the seconds after 4 rings and then to roll back to the first ext's voice mail after 4 more, what I am needing to know is if some one calls the second ext to begin with how to get the second ext to roll to the first ext voice mail after a no answer. I have it set to roll to the first ext in a different cover path but do not know how to set it up to go to the firsts voice mail. Any help would be wonderful

I'm assuming that you're using Audix. If so you could set the second extension to use the voicemailbox from the first extension. You can do this by adding an entry to the auto-attendant routing-table in Audix (ch auto route).

If it is an Audix system, and the IMAPI option is set to 'N', you can use the secondary extension in the mailbox directly. I have done this and it works well, also.
