forwarding to an external number 1

We have a Norstar StartTalk Flash 2.0.4L phone/vmail system. I am trying to find a way to setup an emergency mail box when somebody calls with an emergency the system will dial an external pager (or cell) number. I am not sure what's wrong with the system but it doesn't give me an option to input outside phone number during CCR tree build, only an internal extension.
Does anybody knows what can be done about it?

2 ways i know of.

1. use the out dial digit in the mailbox to call to an external number. this can be changed by the user.

2. set the CCR tree to call an ext that is forwarded off site. you can find the instructions for off premis not. in the FAQ's on this site...

Assuming you have the proper release s/w, you must allow off prem when you set up the mbx.
