Hi everyone.

We have an employee who is taking 2 months off (Employee A). We used Feature 4 to forward all his calls to another person in the office (Employee B). From my experience, I know that this will forward calls, but any calls forwarded, but not answered, by Employee B will be sent back to Employee A's voicemail. What I need is for Employee A's calls that are not answered, to be dropped into Employee B's voicemail box. How can I do this?

I was considering just deleting the mailbox, but then the calls would be dumped to the general voicemail box, which is not what I want.
 
if you getting calls on lines (like DID) prime the target line to extn B
