Forwarding Incomming SCN call

Call from one IP Office system over SCN link to another system extension rings OK. If not answered then forward on BUSY & NO ANSWER set to go to a Huntgroup.

Huntgroup does not ring. Caller hears ringing for default time period , then a few secconds of silence followed by an announcement from the external line provider saying 'NUMBER NO RECOGNISED'. The call is then passed to the original called extension's voicemail.

Strange thing is if the called extension is on the telephone (BUSY) the call is passed to the Huntgroup which rings OK.

Calling system is IP403DT on 3.0(DT 578)

Receiving System is IP412 on 3.2(61)
