Forwarding Email

Can I configure within Exchange 2003 to forward email to an external user?

I host users with External address, but what their email to be sent to a local address:

i.e. I want someone to send to bob@interal.com and then Exchange to forward that message to bob@external.com.

Any thoughts?

Set up an external contact with the email address @external.com and set the internal address to forward to it (under Exchange General, delivery options).
