Hello,
I am trying to setup call forwarding onmy line so that when I know I am going to be working from home the next day I can forward my calls. I am unable to get his working, I can forward internally but the externally. Any idea's?

Thanks,
Jim

Here is my current CLS:
CFHA CFXA CNDA TDD DNDA FBA FNA HFA HTA ICDA LNA MTA MWA PUA RNGB SFA

You also have to define the CFW on your phone for at least 8 digits (so you can forward it to 9xxx-xxxx). Keep in mind that this opens up possible phone abuse. People can if allowed forward there phones to 9 and leave it open for the caller to dial anything they want. This way they can go home and dial their cousin across the country on your dime.

Might want to post the whole TNB if that does not resolve.

KEY x CFW y where y = 10-31 for external...what is your setting?

make sure you put a 9 before you put your cell number

Don't forget the always popular:

(CFO) Call Forward Originating
CFF Call Forward Forwarding
Either the Originating or Forwarding party's Class of
Service is used to determine access to services or
features on Call Forward.

Setting found in LD 15 CDB. Needs to be cff to forward to external number. gives NCOS control to forwarding station.

Thanks everyone,
I forgot to switch it from 4 digits.

Jim
