Forwarding calls to Cell Phone and then back to Merlin

I am having some troubles forwarding calls to a cell phone and if the cell phone is not answered having the calls come back to the users Merlin voicemail box.

By creating a VDN I have the calls going out to the cell phone with no problems it's bringing them back into the users voicemail that is causing me some troubles.

Suggestions?

I think you may be talking about 2 different systems here. A merlin is a phone system not voicemail. I am guessing maybe an intuity for voicemail.

Whoops you're correct this should read Modular Messagining.

BTW the fix was to set this up with a cover remote and then to reference the Remote in the cover path and then the point2 of the cover path to voicemail.
