Forwarding a tel. extension to an external number 2

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to forward an extension to an outside phone number.

I tried feature 84 (Line Redirect) but it only seems to forwards lines rather than a particular extension.

Any ideas?

External call forward is available on software ver 4.1 for both the mics and cics

what level software? You need 4.1 version or greater for the feature. If you have a NAM with 4.0 you can use it to forward calls to an outbound cell/pager also.
