no, clid based routing is symposium only.. all other routing is based on number dialed.. idc will change that dest.. i have an app that sends inbound on my ld route to a menu service, the same number (did) comes in on the local route and it routes to an acd group.. not clid based but source based

Not only symposium for solution
MIPCD (Meridian Integrated Personnal Call Director) is avaliable for that purpose.
It give the ability to select the goal of the calls based on the CLID, and time based also. The calls can be redirected up to 5 directions, internal or external, simultaneous or one by one call.
It's a board that seat in IPE or Opt 11 shelf, keycoded, acd based.
The config access is done with a web page, user accessible and password protected
It's expensive but really very very great add-on
