Forward reverse dns requests

We own a subnet, we have given a few IPs to a customer. They are running their own dns and would like us to forward reverse dns requests to their dns servers. Anyone know how this can be done? I know reverse requests for whole subnets can be forwarded, but I only need it for a few IPs. Thanks in advance.
