Here is the issue. We have two IP Office boxed, one in NYC the other in SC. After the hurricane our PRI got knocked out, so we can't dial out or receive calls to our NY box. I want to be able to route outbound calls from the NY office through the one in SC. I don't care if the calls show that they are coming from SC, we just need to be able to call out. I've spent numerous hours on this to no avail. Both systems are in a SCN. Please help.

Create another ARS table with same short codes set to line group ID of SC's outgoing group ID.
Include SC's dialing prefix to the short codes in the new ARS so it should look something like:
8N 89N 1

You'll need to have the users in NY dial another dialing prefix if you're going to create a new one. Just mimic the 9N system short code in the Short Codes section with a new prefix digit.

Thanks Hovus. It looks like I had everything right on my end, but didn't realize I had to dial 8 then 9 and the number. I was dialing 8 then the number. Thanks so much.
