Forward one DN to another

Hi all,

I have a DN that has no phone attached to it (8810)
I need to forward this number to (8811)

How can I do this on the PBX?

go into ld 23 and build a new ACD with a maxp of 1 and NCFW it to 8811. This will sends all calls from 8810 to 8811.

fastest way is ld 23

How does ACD differ to GHT?

acd is quicker, ght was a pkg that was not turned on by default for years.. i use ght if i need more then a single hunt target.. for a fast redirect maxp 1 acd has been used for decades
