Forward NDR as send on behalf instead of Send As

I have a dilema where I am an Enterprise Admin and a Domain Admin as well for Exchange 2000. I want to my NDR's that I forward from my postmaster account to look like are still coming from the original user, but on behalf of me. Since I have admin rights I believe it is just changing it to be from me. For example, if a user named aaa@theircompany.com sends a message to the wrong user at my company bbb@mywrongcompany.com, I wanted to forward it on to look like to: bbb@mycompany.com from: postmaster on behalf of aaa@theircompany.com. That way when the user replys, it will reply to the external user. How would I do this?
