Hi I am an administrator who is running Exchange server 5.5 and outlook 97 and 2000.

I have created a mailbox for a user, but I want to be able to forward messages, addressed to him, to his external e-mail address. Is this possible and if so how.

Regards

Danny

Open outlook under his profile and set a rule.
or
Create a custom recipient through exchange and then add that recipient to the users mailbox in exchange under the alternate recipient "section". Cant remember exactly where in the mailbox it is but you will see it. Open exchange help and query those key topics for more help.
