Trying to figure out how to forward the main incoming hunt group to a cordless phone (digital TransTalk) when the receptionist needs to step away. The incoming PRI routes directly into the collective hunt group which she is the only member. However, another extension does have the button appearance of the hunt group.
One way it kinda works is if I setup the hunt group as sequential. But when I do so, if she is handling a call and another comes in...the incoming caller get a busy signal. Ideas?
