Forward Exchange Mail - Contacts - Calendar to other Exchange

Hi,

I have an exchange server account which I would like to forward to another exchange server, outside of the network. Emails I can forward with no problem, I just set up a Contact, and forward emails to that user.

Is there a way to forward the Calendar and contact entries as well?

not to my Knowledge suggest using outlook web access!

Hi

Yes, that would be the easy solution, but our Exchange server is on an internal VPN with no public access allowed. We get emails routed to our server from another office. So the only way to give mobile users access to exchange is to have another one on the outside. For emails it works, but not for calendar and contacts.

Is there something we can do? Tempering the firewall and router to allow traffic from outside is not permitted.
