I'm still trying to figure out how to forward calls to a long distance number and include the 3 digit account code in the call forwarding so that the caller doesn't hear the message "please enter your account code". (we require account codes for LD calls).
Has anyone done this before? I know we can do it because we have one person set up that way but I can't figure out how it was done.
