forward call to VM when agent is on a call

One of my agents incomming calls rings on her phone when on an ACD call. How do I make this go to VM when she's on a call?

Set up regular coverage to VM for that extension. Calls should cover as if that person was on a call if I understand the question.
 
And ... if you only have two call appearances on her phone, she won't even know that someone called. It'll go directly to her voicemail.
